This exceptional testimony to Belgian Surrealism has been published for the general public thanks to support from several of the King Baudouin Foundation’s patrons funds. The review Vendredi was acquired in 2012, thanks to the King Baudouin Foundation United States.

Thanks to the Irène Heidebroek-Eliane van Duyse Fund, La Fonderie is offering courses for 14-25 year-olds, aimed at developing a mobile app. about industrial and technical heritage in Brussels. 

From 6 February, 2020, the Model of Rome is on public show again at the Museum of Art & History in Brussels. The Model has now been enhanced by digital and interactive devices, partially financed by the Alexis Liénard Fund.

Malgorzata Chomicz, Fumio Yamaguchi and Henri Dupont are the winners of the 2020 René Carcan International Prize for Printmaking. Through this prize, the René Carcan Fund, managed by the King Baudouin Foundation, aims to promote the art of printmaking and engraving at international level.

An exhibition devoted to Antoine Mortier is currently on show at the Tsinghua University Art Museum in Beijing. A fascinating dialogue between the Brussels painter’s works in Indian ink and traditional and contemporary Chinese paintings created with the same technique.
