As of Wednesday 26 August, you can discover the secrets of the Leuven Chansonnier in a brand new documentary produced by the Alamire Foundation together with AMUZ.
Six drawings made by Ludovicus Willemsens, part of the Van Herck Collection, are featured at the Diocesan Museum of Paderborn until October 25th 2020. This German Museum is devoting an exhibition to the influence of Flemish Baroque art in Northern Germany.
In September, later this year, an exhibition of Didier Comès’s work will open at the BELvue Museum in Brussels. The event organiser, the King Baudouin Foundation, will pay homage to one of the greatest names in strip comics. Master of black and white, Comès will immerse the visitor in the mysterious universe to which only he holds the secret!
On 30 June, the Art and History Museum is re-opening its doors to the public after 3 months’ closure. The ‘Wolfers shop’ will be exhibiting a sculpture by Philippe Wolfers, and, soon after, silver cutlery commissioned by Victor Horta from Wolfers Frères.
From 18 June to 8 November 2020, 28 original works by François Schuiten will be on show at the Estonian Museum of Architecture as part of an exhibition devoted to the Cités Obscures.
