Are you already dreaming of great days out during the summer? If so, why not fix a date to visit the Royal Museum of Mariemont, the Diamond Pavilion at the MAS Museum in Antwerp, the Piconrue Museum in Bastogne or the Bonnefanten Museum in Maastricht? In each of the museums you will find some of the most important works from our collections.

On 13 October 2016, a study day will be held at the Château de Freÿr on the role of water in historic parks and gardens. Historians and various specialists will take an in-depth look at the importance of water features.

The conclusion to the first part of our symposium at the BELvue Museum on 6 June was clear: in addition to ensuring a favourable tax environment, government has a role to play in encouraging and communicating about promoting support for culture.
