The Braun-van den Corput Collection, a reference in Brussels and European glazed earthenware is on show at the Château de Freÿr from April 1. An acquisition by the Léon Courtin-Marcelle Bouché Fund, managed by the King Baudouin Foundation.
The Léon Courtin - Marcelle Bouché Fund has just acquired 31 stained glass window prototypes, made in the 1970s. The glass windows, which are in an abstract geometric style, were originally destined for the Church of Saint-Hadelin in Celles, in the province of Namur.
A selection of 17th and 18th century terracotta statuettes is on show until 2015 at the Bonnefanten Museum in Maastricht, due to the renovation work currently being carried out at the Antwerp Royal Fine Arts Museum.
The Sedes Sapientiae from the Saint Laurent Church of Séron (Forville) is being returned to Namur after lengthy restoration. It will be exhibited at the Musée Provincial des Arts Anciens du Namurois. An action undertaken by the Léon Courtin – Marcelle Bouché Fund.
